Why dancing and moving?
Embodiment practices and movement in general can truly support as a medicine. Personally - whenever I move I feel connected to my body and my inner wisdom. I feel empowered. While moving my body I truly feel, how I really am and I get a chance to fully be authentic. Our bodies are instruments and they want to be played. Movement is a way to communicate and it can help harmonising body, mind and soul.
Movement impacts the energy flow, the body feeling, the quality of movement and alignment. An other benefit is to become aware of our patterns and to change them, if wished so.
What I’m passionate about to share…
When I work with movement I love to offer journeys, where a base structure is given so you can feel held and safe. That structure still offers a lot of space to allow the full authentic expression of yourself.
You connect to your body and you arrive - here and now. You move in every direction with your spine. You move on different levels. Time and space allow to fully expand and express. It’s all about moving your body in a healthy way. All the different body systems get somehow involved. Oftentimes you get to experience repetition in order to fully dive in. You experience a balance of activation and relaxation.
I love integrating the elements - earth, water, fire, air and spirit. In order to connect with nature and our natural being and its connection to the elements.
Either you move with your own body rhythm or you enjoy some music
to move to.
I teach in groups (workshops, events).
Connecting with each other while exploring the journey as an individual being.
Due to my studies I use elements from Yoga, Dance, Body Mind Centering® (BMC), Improvisation, Free and Authentic Movement.
