I grew up in the Swiss mountains, I have been educated at a public school and I have done an apprenticeship in a big hotel. At the age of 20 years I have travelled around and explored the world's beauty. Coming home, diving into career and keeping myself busy all the time has overwhelmed me and I experienced how it truly feels to be burnt out. So I needed time and space to recover and allow myself to do so. That is when my life has changed its direction. Standing at a crossroad and letting go of everything - RealEasing Into My Pace - restarting the project called ‚life‘.
I have been in therapy, I have changed my lifestyle (my daily rhythm, work-life balance, nutrition, relationships, movement practice) and I said YES to myself and
a healthy life - a balanced body, mind and soul.
I have decided to get educated in holistic nutrition (due to personal challenges in my relationship with food), health massage and I decided to work as a freelancer and part-time employee. Once I have started connecting with the holistic knowledge of health I knew that I will continue to immerse, learn and grow in that field. There is no step back.
As I started to understand the holistic approach I knew that it was time to embody the knowledge I have gained so far and I studied movement pedagogy, which has truly transformed my journey on a deeper level.
All my senses started to awaken and being sensitive again. I am now able to express from within in an authentic way and understand how much healing power in movement itself lies.
I suddenly experienced and embodied joy on a new level and I learned what tools are actually always available to connect with my inner power - may it be nature, movement or any other learned technique. In the field of nutrition I heard the calling to deepen my knowledge in the psychology of eating - so I did and I was being trained to be a ‚Mind Body Eating Coach‘.
It has been an intense and deep journey with many different challenges and great experiences and after 10 years of dedication to personal growth I felt ready to share my knowledge and my experiences with others.
Now with all the experience I have made with others so far, I decided to focus on the simplicity with others, on what truly matters. Nourishing our fundamental needs first, creating a solid foundation for healthy growth and expansion from there. I am passionate about guiding others to find comfort and ease in their own natural rhythm.
I feel so excited about the continuiation of exploring.
